- I do about 100-200 jumping jacks a day if i have time ( i rarely have anytime 2 walk)
- I don't eat after 6:00- 6:30
- I only drink water (sometimes juice) I use to drink 3 cans of diet coke a day :(
- And, I watch my calories... only low fat/ healthy food...
- I'm going to try to do this for 2 months? How much do you think I'll lose? I know it depends on my metabolism... but take a guess.. how much do you think you'll lose ??

It doesn't matter how many jumping jacks you do, as long as you break out into a good sweat for atleast 20 to 30 minutes a day you'll start seeing gradual changes. It's important to maintain your heart rate up and your body will start burning the calories faster. FYI there are 3500 calories in 1 pound

You lose wait when you consume less calories than you burn. You can go here: http://nutritiondata.com/calories-burned.html to estimate how many calories you burn a day, and then add up an estimate of how many calories you take in. I would need more details to know how many pounds you'd lose in two months, but I think it would be about ten pounds (or more).
