I'm 33, overweight, always low on energy (i get tired easily), don't have great eating habits, have trouble earning money, memory is not great and generally out of shape mentally and physically. I have three kids (1,5,7)and feel I can't keep up with them. Spiritually I also feel something is missing, but I don't know what it is. What should I do?

I had my 4 wisdom teeth pulled and and i got my period the day before the surgery but now i have been having symptoms of pregnancy. Also i didnt quite get my period this month i spotted for 3 days so i am a little nervious. So i want to know what is the risk of the baby NOT only because of the X-Rays but also cuz of the novicane and after care pills. Any input would help until i test myself tomorrow! Thanks

It's 12:22 and I have to get up early tomorrow to do my friend's hair for a wedding and then work for 5 hours. I just can't fall asleep! I am looking for tips to fall asleep that I can do right here in my bedroom so as not to disturb my family. Are there any things I can do while lying in bed to fall asleep? Ex. Counting sheep? I will be choosing a best answer based on how quick I fall asleep! Thanks all! Any tips are appreciated!

21 year old female fluctuates between 135 and 220lbs. Not very heatlhy eating habits, and now barely eats or starves self to lose weight. Non-smoker, but used to be a junk food addict. Has chest pains accompanied by dizziness that can last for more then five minutes at times, can these unheatlhy dieting habits be the cause or can it be an anxiety disorder?

Went through the doctor stuff, had a sonogram and the doc said it looks like a small stalk of cauliflower (honest) and its probably nothing to worry about. He has never seen anything like it before.
It doesnt bother me unless I walk a lot. it rubs up and down over my bottom rib and really hurts.
Has anyone ever heard of such a thing? Its very painful

Well, pretty much what it said. At the base of my neck, a little bubble like mass has formed. It feels as if it is attached to a vein somehow. It can move under the skin if i touch it, and it hurts alittle, but not much. Also, just below the hair line towards the back of my neck is a larger, more solid mass and its very sore some times. What could this be?? Its starting to worry me.

Please rate your satisfaction with Ambien. I take Tylenol PM at night, I also take Ativan during the day. I just want to be on one med to help me sleep..so I want to know what you think about Ambien.
Also, if you know anything else that works better for sleeping trouble and anxiety - please note that. thanks

Years ago when my mom died, I had a special message put on her headstone. I was opening a fortune cookie today and it had almost "word for word" what I had placed on my mom's headstone! Do you think that means anything?

Also. when I had the headstone made they put the wrong bird on it, I wanted a bluebird. It came back with a cardinal instead and I decided to leave it be. (When she died (cancer) a cardinal flew in the tree and it was kind of funny bc I said "mom, when you get over to the other side - send me a message." She loved birds & animals).

Has anyone else had similar experiences after the death of a loved one?

im not tryin to make skinny people feel weird or bad in anysort of way, but if you would stop dressin like paris hilton on a video webcam then i wouldnt be asking. is really that hard to cover up a little bit. this is not out to all the skinny girls, but most of them.

Ever since i turned 17 about 8 months ago...I've gradually gotten about three times the appetite for food and about 6 times more hungry for sex. It all happened so fast...i always knew i wanted sex...but never this bad. And everyone at work calls me the "eating machine"...because i am able to eat food like crazy. Since my crazy hunger started, i've gained about 20 pounds, but i don't look any fatter. I am still pretty skinny. It seems that i'm hungry all the time, and i find that i'm a lot less picky about girls now...it's almost like i wanna have them all...anyone have any clue what this is?
