Is it possible to lose your hymen or virginity without penetration? does slight bleeding means that your hymen is already torn?

its possible, as i dont remember having one at all, some girls who are horseback riders , it breaks simply from the bouncing of the horse , especially if its a jumper. yes it can mean your hymen is torn. but it could be other things too. your doctor can tell you.

Breaking your hymen does not equal losing your virginity, except perhaps in third-world countries. It's totally normal for it to break especially for a girl who's active in sports like bike/horseback riding, anything where an impact to the crotch area would be possible. My 5 year old broke hers when she fell climbing into the bathtub and caught the edge of the tub between her legs. Does that make her not a virgin? NO way.

Yes, you can tear your hymen without having sex. It can happen while doing nearly any sort of activity, like bike riding, putting in a tampon, doing a split, or riding a horse. That doesn't mean that you've lost your virginity. A virgin is one who hasn't had sex, not one who has an intact hymen.

you can lose your hymen well riding a bike, horseback rideing doing many things. some girls (very rarely) are even born without one. yes it does hurt when it is tore and yes there is bleeding. hell even a tampon can break your hymen. so i wouldn't get to uptight about it unless you had sex then in that case i hope you used protection

Heavy exercise can break it....it is no big deal because it doesn't do anything!!! I didn't have mine the first time I had sex.
