I am never happy nowadays.Things at school are horrible.I used to be a straight, straight, straight A student, star pupil, popular though shy kid. I'm 16 now and I feel that I have lived for so so long and i no longer achieve anything. Everybody tells me that they love me but I don't believe them. Nobody really enjoy';s or prefers being with me. What's the use of such a life?

Hi - I'm pretty desperate to find some answers (apart from prayer!) I have picked the brains of several health professionals such as doctors, naturopaths, digestive disorders centre, RPAH allergy clinic and dietician, RNSH allergy clinic and Dr/Naturopath combinations. There are differing opinions!! So confusing for the average person. You may know that the bowel plays a major part in the health of our whole body. As I have had digestive probs. over the years I am convinced that my diet has the greatest influence here. Apart from omitting yeast, sugar, excessive carbohydrate, pesticides, food additives, processed foods and other factors such as excessive salicylates, is there anything else I should be thinking about? I am not a coeliac and do not have Chrohn's disease. NB. The digestive dis. clinic Dr believes this is usually caused by a bug and I have tried the heavy antibiotic (effective but bug came back) but not prepared to take ALL the ones he is now suggesting. Thanks.

I'm only 18 years old and petite st 5'2" 100 pounds I have some health problems such as asthma and allergies and ocational migranes but for the past year or so I've been having these chest pains with pain and elovated heart rate I've been to the ER for it a couple times most resently on a school trip out of state. I've had lots of x-rays EKGs and I was even hooked up to a heart moniter for a week I go back to the pediatric cardiologist at UVA next week again I seem to have a higher heart rate then normal people on my last trip to the ER I was at a relay for life benifit and had to be taken via the ambulance witch was not fun at all! No one has been able to tell me whats wrong and they seem to think its strange because of my age and size I was wondering if anyone could maybe give me some insight into whats going on with me!

I have cerebal palsy, and in my work I sit down a lot, I feel that I am losing the power in my legs. I went to phisyo a two years ago - who recommended that I go on a exercise bike 5 mins every day to build up my legs. But I still feel that my legs are not strong enough, can anyone recommend another way to build up calf muscle and leg muscle in general please? The phisyo did suggest weights, but only once - is this a good idea? If so how do I go about it?
