Your tiredness, etc., could be caused by a number of things, but if there's a chance that you could be pregnant please pluck-up the courage and do the test. If it proves negative, then take yourself to the doctors; at least you will then know that you're not pregnant, and knowing that may even make you start feeling better! (Do you have a close friend who you could really trust and confide in? It sounds as if you're facing this fear alone). If not, it may be a good idea to see the doctor anyway; talk about your 'weird' feelings and the fear of pregnancy; whatever you tell him/her is totally confidential and once voiced, the fear may seem less like a nightmare.

You don't say whether you are 'late' or how far on you might be.
You might be feeling worried that you could be pregnant and this is leading to a vicious circle where your anxiety is making you feel worse and worse , and feeling worse and worse is making you feel more anxious. It sounds as if you are losing sleep over it too.
Take the test. Get a good friend to be with you if you think it will help, to get some moral support. At least you will know. You could be worrying for nothing.

how old are you, because it could be a hormonal inbalance. it might not be you are pregnant. If you don't want to do the test go to the doctor or get a friend or relative to be with you. The frustration of not knowing what is wrong is probably worse than knowing the truth. To be scared is easy to be strong just takes a little bit of courage.

Dont be scared. The uncertaintly of not knowing is probably making you feel worse then if you know for certain. Once you know if you are pregnant or not you can make the choices as to what you want to do. There are many causes for the symptons you have. Try not to panic and do the test
