this worked for my daughter she a pick eater and was underweight so her doctor told me to give her slim fast at ever meal and the weight came on thats why over weight people get bigger on the slim fast diet because they eat with the slim fast it good for you and tast good to I would not think mc D's would be good for you. pluse there is a GMC health food store near you . you can get a mass bilder that would help alot it in a powder and you mix it with milk
taste good too . protein will put on the weight also. you want to put in on with out having a stroke lol

just eat a lot of stuff with fat in it and do not get up from your computer except to go sit in front of your tv. potato chips and ice cream. microwave popcorn, hershey bars, little debbie snack cakes, kentucky fried chicken, pizza, lasagna, chocolate cake, lots of french fries, lobster, cashew nuts(75 callories each) any kind of nut actually peanut butter, marhmallows, all the really good stuff.

come to ohio....i'll give ya some of mine...no, really, become lazy. I gained 30 pounds in 5 months just by going from a factory job to an office job.
