take a bath daily. scrub your body nice with some loofa. relax. Avoid doing too much physical activities if you don't want to sweat hard. Then use deodorant or anti-perspirant.

Basically it depends on the activities you're into, and the food you eat. Eating spicy foods can cause body odor too. So distance yourself from all those chili-garnished dishes if you don't want to stink.

Second, it also depends on your body. If you sweat a lot, that is actually healthy, it's just that you need to keep yourself clean after sweating so that the liquid that came out of your body doesn't accumulate and gather dirt which could again cause body odor.

Surgically there's a process for it so that your sweat glands don't produce that much sweat but i think it's unhealthy and might have adverse physical effects.

I used to have this problem since teenager, now I'm cured. I bought cream from a website at www.jmgproducts.com and after 3 continuous applications on each night before sleep, results are shown. There's no sweat or smell at all even when you do sports. It's totally safe and you do not need to re-apply it again until the smell comes back. It's been 1 year since my last application.

Currently I'm using the antiperspirant dry spray by FA, it prevent your underarm from excessive of perspire and keep you dry and fresh.... All the best to you!!!
