You have to stop worrying yourself with tomorrow's plans. If you don't, your mind won't stop wondering. Think of yourself in the most beautiful place in the world. Imagine yourself there and let your body relax completely. Relaxation will make your body tired and calm your mind. You can turn up the AC or open a window. When your body temperature decreases or increases, you will definately fall asleep. Good night

First of all.....never take a nap during the day....im just saying, it will confused your sleeping system, if you really have to, take a max. of 1 1/2 hours, no more.
Second, if you cant sleep and you dont want to wake your family up, i suggest doing something very boring, it actually does help.
Counting Sheep is a possible thing that is very boring.......very, very,very,......boring. Anyway,
If you are very good at not waking your family up, i suggest drinking a nice cup of warm herbal tea w/ honey. That is what i do if i have trouble.

first thing is get off the computer.
turn off anything that is stimulating, ie, tv, radio, bright lights from alarm clocks...
then turn a fan on low... the hum will break any silence that sometimes makes it too hard to sleep thru.
Just clear ur mind and close ur eyes.
i sometimes think how great it feels to be in my comfy bed and how tired i am... thinking about sleeping makes me sleepy! lol

U could try a warm face towel over your eyes and breathe deep...and try and relax. If you haven't already, turn the tv and the lights off as well. You're probably just anxious.

i will sleep yet likely will awaken early.... you're probably youthful than me and that i used to do the remarkable same element lol, if I did sleep i might awaken besides by skill of 2am for constructive.
