Don't overeat! Gaining weight takes time, just as losing weight takes time. It's not an overnight process. Add a little more salt to your food (a LITTLE!). Drink less water with meals (drink plenty of water throughout the day, but stop drinking thirty minutes before meals). Have a grape juice instead of apple. Have an extra slice of bread at breakfast.
Don't stuff yourself with junk foods, it won't help you to gain permanent weight. The slow and sure way is the safest. Also, don't forget to exercise, even if you are thin. It has many health benefits and it's not only for weight loss. You may even find that with working out, you'll gain a greater appetite.

You are not alone girl. Im the same too, im 19 and i weigh 100 pounds too, and i did wanted to gain weight so i started eating crap to try to do it but instead made myself sick so basically what im trying to say is you were actually born naturally that way, i was too, even though i do exercise 6 days a week, i do it to stay in shape.

Sometimes you weigh more because you just ate. I'm 16, around 5'4" and I weigh around 97-100 pounds. It always changes. Don't eat a lot of fat, just to make yourself gain. It's not healthy to force yourself to gain. Be happy with how you look.. do you know how many people would DIE to look as thin as you? You can eat and not gain, be happy about that.

just enjoy it sweatheart. eat right , a balanced high fiber diet. exercise at least an hour a day, complete with working up a good sweat. whatever weight is right for your DNA is the weight you want. Get in the habit of overeating to be heavier than you need to be leads to heart and lung diseases, also diabetese and other pancreatic and endrocrin diseases diseases..
