No matter how much I exercise and diet, nor how good the rest of my body is, I just realized that my arms have always been proportionetly larger and fattier then anything else.
I have a 36 1/2" wasit, and less then 24" thighs, they might be bigger, but they're fatty. My arms however, at thier largest point measue about 13". And I've had that fat hang under them for as long as I can remember.
I run and lift wieghts regularly, ubt my srms just seem to get bigger! (prolly cause I build muscle under the fat) I thought I knew how to tone and exercise properly, but I guess not.
Is there like, arm-specific cardio I can do? I weigh about 135 pounds, and I'm not interested in losing weight anywhere else. I fear more strentgh exercises will only make my arms bigger! Help!
