Abouit the only thing that will increase your stamina is Vitamin "B" complex. For some it is a real boost. It may help you also, but it is best not purchased from a store, such as WalMart. They go more for price than quality.
Maybe a doctor visit would be a good Idea if you are too tired all the time.

Sleep is always the panacea for exhaustion. (Other small factors that may cure exhaustion are water and getting a massage..)

Make sure you are getting between 8-9 hours rest. Eat complex not simple carbohydrates, B complex vitamins, and slowly increase your physical activity.
