silly question maybe but just to check,...i happened to feel the bones just below my breast bone were the bones end there is a sort of lumb,hard and feels joined to the bones but cant be sure.i have asked my boyfrien to feel if its the same for him so was wondering if its something woman?is it normal part of the body?it dont hurt

If I am understanding you correctly...It could be your "xyphoid process". Basically it is a bit of bone off of the end or your sternum/breastbone. It can be broken off during CPR.
