That all depends upon whether or not you have a tolerance for Caffeine, Tea has more caffeine than Coffee. Green tea is considered a healthy herb, but who can say, yes or no to that part of it. My advice: If you like it drink it, if the taste does not appeal to you, forget it.

Different people have different reactions, to just about everything. No one can say, "It is good for you".

The health benefits of tea have been touted for centuries. Recently, given tea's growing popularity, its healthy properties have come to the forefront in the media again. Remember when people said chocolate was bad for you? Then a study came out saying it was good for you. The same can be said for wine, beer, pasta, eggs, and just about anything we eat or drink. The fact is, that for every study claiming a particular food's health benefits, another one is published that proves it wrong. Most recently, the FDA announced that it has found no proof that green tea prevents heart disease. So who's right?

The basis for all the buzz about tea's healthy properties are polyphenols. They're basically a chemical compound that is found in tea. Polyphenols contain anti-oxidants. Here are a few articles and research studies attempting to understand how they work to make us feel healthier:

It depends what type of tea.

They say that Green Tea reduces the risk of cancer, Camomile is supposed to help the stomach/have a calming effect etc.

Normal black tea has more caffeine in it than coffee but it also has tanin in which counteracts the caffeine.

I drink about 4-5 cups a day (very weak) and it makes me feel happy - so it's good for me! There are worse things to drink - coffee, fizzy drinks etc.

I have read that green tea is very good for you. They say that green tea in a bottle isn't as good as the tea itself but I hate the taste of it so I drink the citrus green tea (which I love) and take green tea supplements with it. I also started walking along with drinking the tea and in one week lost 3 pounds - my goal was not to lose weight but to get healthyer.

I don't think tea is bad for us. But the important thing is too much is not always makes your health good. I normally, takes three cups of tea in a day, which has not effect me. Rather it is making me refresch. Nothing is bad in this world in itself but too much is always bad.

In moderation like everything else, its ok. And for Rouse, there is no such thing as the republic of macedonia. Macedonia was, is and alway will be Greek. Your people didnt exist in the region 2500 years ago. Read a history book and found out for yourself. Plus, we have no problem with any races, as long as they dont attack our heritage and try to kidnap parts of our history. You realise that your country will never join the eu unless it cooperated with Europe and not usa.
