last nitgh i almost got through a frull session of working out! but over the pase few weeks i could not get past 3 or 4 sets. i know i am not getting bestt because over the past few weeks last night was time number 4 or 5...so could i just work better at night? i have no problem getting up in the morn, but i seem to be more willing to do things at night. any insight?

i know working out in the morn is best but i hate it. i just cant do it i am not energized enough. i triedm fore some weeks but was not getting enough sleep (not than i am doing any better now) but when i go to sleep with in an hour of working out i tend to sleep well.

lol Everyone's body is different, and everyone's body timing is different! Some people are morning people and some are night people. The same people come to the club in the mornings, and the same people come to the club at night.
Everyone is different, if you like to work out at night, work out at night. If you try to work out in the morning and you hate it then you won't stick with it. Do what is best for your body, then you will look forward to it.

I personally do find a difference. i find i difference in my cycling performance at races in the afternoon vs early morning. Probably because of times you eat and in what quantities.
