No, although there is ongoing research , stimulating certain parts of the brain so to cease seizures. I think for the moment drug therapy is probably the best way to go, your neurologist or family physician would be the one to ask.

No I don't think so my mum has epilepsy and she takes medication for it, it's under control but not cured.

it depends on the cause, there is or used to be [i know someone who had it] an operation on the affected part of the brain in order to stop the seizures.
apart from that the best you can hope for is total control with medication. maybe as time goes on it may just go itself. [unlikely but possible]

there is no cures i have it they just have to keep you on meds an are tryin to find something to help i wish there was a cure
