First of all the answer is "No". In the first place, toilet paper is the most inefficient to clean up after a poo poo.
There are wet wipes on the market that will provide you with the cleanest butt in town and your problem will be solved. I would recomment "Cottonelle wipes" the flushable kind. Your but will be happier and so will you.
Your health is worth the difference in price between toilet paper and the more efficient wipe. It you try it one time, you will learn just how inefficient toilet paper really is.
Also you may be eating foods that become sticky as they progress through your digestive system. Too much pancake syrup is one of them.

wow, what a question. the real question should be who hasnt gotten toilet paper stuck on their butt hair. next time ask that instead.

hahaha lol I only got toilet paper stuck to my shoe and I walked with that like two hrs I cannot believe my friends didn't told me, oops that was embarrassing

thats nasty ok? stop using toilet paper and do what the muslims do which is CLEANING WITH WATER. Even specialists recommend use of water and moist wipes.
