Your question is not at all clear but I will take a stab at what I THINK you mean. Vaginal discharge is always present in women.

A white discharge is normal during pregnancy. It will increase in amount until delivery. As long as it is white and has no bad odor, it is nothing to worry about. However, if it is yellow, green or thick and smells, see your ob asap.
