I brush my teet every night. So, should I brush my teeth before I eat breakfast or after breakfast.
Cos if you think of it, Brushing after breakfast is a more reasonable choice, what do u think??

I was anorexic a few months ago, and I got my weight down to 94 pounds (i am 5 feet)..I have recovered from the eating disorder but I've gained back 11 pounds, and I miss my old weight...is it worth it to be anorexic again?

i had a big blister on my foot and it's popped few weeks back. The blister slowly died down and it's almost flat now, but the skin that died down has a different color(slightly darker color) and is hard. do i need to do something about this or is this normal? and when and how would this go away?

I'm not stupid. It was mistake. I don't normally make that mistake. I have done it once last year and the year before that. I have been taking birth control since august 2004 so I'm not clueless. I just want to know if its possible to become pregnant because of doing that once.

The rash is better, but the pain on my forehead and temple comes and goes--very uncomfortable. The pain clinic doctor put me on 10 mg. Amitriptyline at bedtime 2 days ago, and both nights I've wakened with terrible itching around my eye and on my head and scalp. My icebag is my source of pain relief and believe me the itching is painful! This morning the itching is 'hanging on' and I have moments of really bad itching and then it gets better, I've had to use ice once. I just took Tylenol and 1/2 a Xanax (5 mg.). It's better at the moment. Could this be a side effect of the new medication? If so, why would I just itch where the shingles has attacked and not all over? It's on the right side of my face. I take Lyrica too. I am better except for this ongoing pain and now the itching. Any suggestions or comments--please!! thanks

its all bruised on the backside of it. i have a finger splint on it... my finger also has a slight turn to it now. this isnt the first time ive broken a finger, and all they've ever don was bill me 500 dollars and splint it. ?????

I microwave my water to a temperature which is comfortable for drinking. Enough tea seems to seep into the water but I'm wondering if it needs boiling water to be sterilized.

On July 28th, I was bitten by a brown recluse. I went to my doctor the same day and he put me on two types of antibiotics, which I have completed. Without realizing it, last night, I made the mistake of itching the skin around the area of the bite and it has inflamed back up. I will not itch it anymore, but can somebody tell me why it's itching so bad?

at first look there is nothing wrong with my life. but i have a bestfriend who i am in love with. we share everything, but i know he doesnt want me in a relationship. he is an excuse for me to not meet new men bc i am overweight and a stresshead. i have a uni degree that is almost finished and i dont know where i am going, and i have a job where things are changing so quickly that i cant keep my head above water. help! i need something to cling to in this moment, and please dont say god, i know all about him already. i need to let go and i just cant.

I tehd to have bad dream/nightmare when I do not have blanket over my upper body. But living in Singapore is hot all year round with temperature ranging from 24 to 33 degree celcius. Is there any explanation from chinese or western medicine or i am simply sensitive?. According to traditional chinese medicine, I am yang deficient - I feel cold easily and sensitive to cold.

Since I was 5 years old, I always slept a lot (still asleep after nap time in kindergarten). As the years progressed, I continued to have to take afternoon naps for about 2 hours a day. Now I am 19 and I find myself sleeping sometimes 14 to 16 hours at a time? Is there some type of disorder to go along with this?
