White patches on your cheek can be due to lot of reasons.
Exact treatment cannot be gaurenteed. But try this
Mometasone cream.

I have white patches all over my body, it's called pigmentation. If this is what you have then there is nothing you can do about it. I use a good foundation and concealer on my face to cover it.

WHITE PATCHES USUALLY APPEARS ONLY WHEN THERE IS LACK OF CALCIUM IN THE BODY,AND YOU HAVE TO TAKE CAL. AND GREEN SALADS SIDE BY SIDE YOU HAVE TO PUT MESSAGE OF MILK CREAM MIXED WITH HONEY.

sometimes you get white patches on your face when your dehydrated.... try drinking lots of water!
