step one is stop worrying so much that you're pulling your hair out (lol). Seriously baldness is genetically predisposed and while there are toups and hair replacments - bald is sexy. Just go with it!

I'm 36, and I went bald at 19. So did my Father and his Father too. Here's something though. I take Saw Palmetto. You can get it at any health food or vitamin store. It causes males to not produce as much DHT which is the testosterone form which causes baldness. It can grow the hair back a little. My hair has sprouted a little bit since I started 2 months ago, but not really enough to notice. The real reason I started taking it is because I found out that DHT causes us to be 5 times more likely to get testicular or prostate cancers, which I am understandably trying to avoid. Good luck to you and your follicles.(and your Boys)

My mom swore by "tincture of green soap", and said that's what saved my Dad from going bald. However, my dad was hypoglycemic (which means he also was hyperinsulinemic - a precursor condition), and my mom's cooking was balanced enough to handle that - without her even knowing it.
I truly don't know if treating hyperinsulinemia with diet will bring back hair, however, I must admit, my Friar Tuck-hairstyle husband does get "alien antennae" on the top these days. He cooks for both of us, and we both have tested with high insulin.
As a combover would look totally ridiculous with only a dozen hairs, we just clip them off.

Worrying will only accelerate the loss. Try and accept that these are genes you have inherited from your family. Keep your hair cut trendy and short. Nothing worse than long hair and a bald spot. Plus some girls think balded headed men are sexy anyway.
Apart from expensive grafting of hair which there are no guarantees will work, I would accept who you are.......loving yourself is the most important thing.

Do not waste your money - just shave it all off and accept it - there are women that go for it - go to the gym though as bald and wimp not good - bald and muscular is a good image.
Better work on your muscles than worry about your hair as you can improve your muscles but all the methods for stopping hair loss are not reliable and a waste of time and money.

Have you considered a transplant, but you would look stupid with a kidney on your head.
Sorry couldn't resist that remark.
Best just let it go mate, not gradually you will just get more and more worried about it.
If i were you i would have as short a hair cut as you can live with.
Each time you need a hair cut just go shorter and shorter you'll soon get used to it, and believe me the girlie's seem to like short hair or bald the best.
Good luck

Get of the computer and go to the store and get some ROGAINE for men. If this does not help, go consult with your doctor for options. It could be a vitamin deficiency. Your doctor can run some bloodwork and give you a complete physical to be sure it is not anything worse. Undiagnosed thyroid conditions can cause hair loss, vitamin deficiencies, and genetics.
Go see your doctor for good help, all we can do here is offer advice.

You shouldn't be losing your hair so young. Are you stressed or anxious a lot? That could be what's causing it to happen. If so, give yourself some 'me time'. Relax. Watch some TV or a film, jack off, have an early night. Do anything to reduce stress.
And if that doesn't work, there's always Regaine for Men.

See your GP and ask him to refer you to a dermatologist, they deal with issues on hair loss. If it's male pattern baldness then you can get Regaine or finasteride but you will have to pay for them, if it's caused by something else like stress then dealing with the stress will help you. Male pattern baldness is permamnent, if it's untreated you will lose your hair forever basically.

Unfortunately, you can't stop it happening, my brother's hair started falling out when he was about 15 or 16, that 3/4 years ago. Embrace it, and be grateful it didn't happen whilst at school with nasty judgemental peers.
