I tehd to have bad dream/nightmare when I do not have blanket over my upper body. But living in Singapore is hot all year round with temperature ranging from 24 to 33 degree celcius. Is there any explanation from chinese or western medicine or i am simply sensitive?. According to traditional chinese medicine, I am yang deficient - I feel cold easily and sensitive to cold.

I doubt its the temperature that affects you. If u're feeling either too hot or cold, you'd hv WAKEN UP to switch on the fan or put on a sweater respectively.

Your bad dreams are probably due to a recent and/or hidden memory of a past experience, or of something that your fear of.

Drink some cold milk before u sleep. May help. Cheers.

this isn't any longer situation-free to interpret desires whilst there's no background practise on your life, yet i'd say the perfect wager on the meaning of this dream bargains with you working from some thing. possibly you have been working faraway from coping with a situation on your life, or possibly your working faraway from some thing you will fairly never face. despite this is, it variety of seems such as you're, as you assert, very bored with this working from issues and you choose to be comfy with your self. attempt and decipher if there is something on your life that resembles what I defined and then contemplate whether you're in reality working, and if the respond is particular, possibly you should evaluate confronting the placement. Then, possibly, your desires approximately working would stop and you'd be able to nicely be at peace with your self and your desires. with any luck that facilitates!

As far as I know there's no physical medical reason for this, you might be struggling with emotional or mental issues that come out in dreams. (I often have nightmares when I'm stressing about something.)
