Since I was 5 years old, I always slept a lot (still asleep after nap time in kindergarten). As the years progressed, I continued to have to take afternoon naps for about 2 hours a day. Now I am 19 and I find myself sleeping sometimes 14 to 16 hours at a time? Is there some type of disorder to go along with this?

Narcolepsy/Cataplexy

and

Obstructive Sleep Apnea

are the first two that leap to mind.

I have seen one fellow with an odd disorder of his reticular activating system which essentially meant that he slept all morning till about 10am, was GCS 3 and completely unrousable to painful stimuli! But then woke at 10-ish and seemed fairly normal after that during the day!

Depression - kids as young as 2 can suffer from depression. Narcolepsy is a little different in that the person can be wide awake one minute, and zonk out the next. Unfortunately, this happens a lot when they're driving.
You really should see a doctor. I know that teen agers sleep a lot because they are growing mentally and physically, as well as dealing with their hormones - but you should be past that.
Just have a checkup for your own peace of mind.

DIABETES
Not to repeat the above answer which are all correct but get your blood sugar checked, a person with diabetes or low blood sugar can be excessively tired.

CFS Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Allergies (Yes, a combination of bad allergies could make you excessively sleepy--it is not as rare as one migh think)
