Sweating is just a mechanism of the body to cool itself down. You can sweat just sitting in the heat burning no calories or fat. You will lose some weight from water due to sweating, but very negligible

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Sweating is the way your body cools down. You can be sitting under a hot sun for hours and sweat for gallons, that does not mean you're burning calories. I work my butt off at the gym but never sweat because it's so cold in there! So from my personal experience, i dont think sweating means you're burning calories per se, however it does mean that you're body is working hard to cool off

Sweating burns up energy, but the only way that I know of to burn fat is exercise, or medication (I would reccommend the first one if you want to burn fat healthily).

it is just water weight. But the fact that you ARE sweating means you are exerting energy which is what you need to lose weight.
