Essential oils can boost the skin's natural healing process, and it will soothe and cool the initial burning. the best oils to use is lavender, chamomile, geranium, and rose as they are all soothing, anti-inflammatory oils. You can either bathe in the lavender that is my favorite I put between 5 to 10 drops in the bath. or you can use as a cold compress just soak a clean cotton cloth in 1/4 pint warm water with 5 to 10 drops of essential oil. lay on the area to be treated until it goes cold then. a bath will be quicker depending on the area you have burnt. good luck

Try fresh cold whole milk compresses (wet towels) to soothe your skin. Apply as needed.
Try also; Cucumber and plain yogurt crush or blend together, Aloe Vera gel, or extra rich almond body cream or Aveeno's oatmeal bath products . Apply any of these remedies on the burnt area, as often as you need it You can find them at your local beauty supply store. Choose the product with the most undiluted content.
Next time use plenty of sunscreen protection!

This is going to sound CRAZY, but it's true. I've lived in Florida my whole life (well, the majority of my 31 years) so I've definitely got experience here. Take a hot shower. Trust me... the sunburn won't like the shower too much but once you get out it will not sting anymore. I PROMISE!!
Good luck and don't forget to moisturize when you get out of the shower... it will cut down on your chances of peeling. Take care!

Try applying Aloe Vela on the skin. You can buy it from the market or supermarket. (Not Aloe Vela products, but really the Aloe Vela).
Take the content inside the Aloe Vela and apply on the skin.
