University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Top notch school with awesome hospitals. They have kidney, heart, lung, liver, pancreas and maybe one other type of transplant surgery offered there. But obviously if you are looking to get into transplant surgery you'd have to go through med school and Penn has a great med school right there in Center City Philadelphia. Over in the University City area. There is also Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) which is right next to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP). The UofPenn health system includes HUP, Presbyterian Hospital, Pennsylvania Hospital and PennCare Centers in Radnor, PA and Cherry Hill, NJ. Personally the best hospital system in the Delaware Valley and East Coast.
