Just eat right, and work out at least 15 min a day. If you choose to be anorexic, you will end up being hospitalized and you could also die from it.

Yeah, I chose to be anorexic once... It only continues to be your choice until your body is locked into the habit, then it takes a lot to reverse it. If you want to lose weight faster, I'd say it would work to be anorexic. But remember anorexia doesn't just involve not eating much, you have to exercise all the time too.
Just make sure not to get so anorexic that you wind up in a hospital! I'd say choose a goal weight, size, or width of your waist, and once you hit that goal you should probably eat a bit more so your health isn't in danger. Good luck!

Being anorexic is a personal choice that leads to a mental incapability to choose when you want to eat...it has many side effects on your body and is very dangerous...If you want to lose weight try diet pills or meeting with a personal trainer...they can tell you what and how many calories you should be consuming every day...if neither of these ideas apeal to you I suggest winsor pilates...it's an amazing program I saw results by the end of the first week...don't make your decision to swiftly...being anorexic could and most likely will be the biggest mistake of your life...

Yes, someone can choose to be an anorexic. It is NOT a good idea to become one, though, and I do not suggest it, as I have many friends who were once anorexics. If you are trying to lose weight just burn more calories then you eat, and eat healthier foods.

Of course you can. It's a decision to not eat. The bad side to that is that your body NEEDS food and if you don't give it any it will start to eat your muscles; not just fat. That's why anorexics look soooo unhealthy because they have no muscle tone.
So to answer your question: you are not born anorexic. It's a decision you make if you feel you can take the pain because it will hurt until your body adjust to you not feeding it.
It's unhealthy. I starve myself when I am stressed because I don't THINK to eat. That's different than if your body is telling you to eat and you don't.

dont even think about becoming anorexic. First of all it would be really to become anorexic, because you have to literally not eat anything. second of all, if you do become anorexic, it will be very hard for you to stop. it will be an obsession. and people die from anorexia not because they choose to but because it became an obsession.
anorexia is a disease.
so dont think about it. just diet right.

Anorexia is a mental condition, it is not chosen. If you choose not to eat, then you are starving yourself. The fact you asked the question probably means you are not anorexic. It is not healthy to starve yourself under any circumstances. Just reduce your calories and eat healthy, no desserts or sugary drinks, this should do the trick.

anorexia is a disease. It will not help you . Why are you trying to lose weigh in that way ? you could just eat less....
not eat candies, sweets, bread, fat...drink coke(or some other drink of the same breed )
You cand exercise (not only going to the gym if you consider it embarrassing or expensive ) but go in the park, run, go rollerskating, dance, go bike riding.
You can always accept yourself for what you are but if not, don't take it the hardest way.

i guess if you make the effort to not eat food, that would make you anorexic.
however, thats not a good way to lose weight because it actually slows down your metabolism since your body thinks its starving itself.
if you want to lose weight, cut out all sugar and sweets from your diet and eat 4 small meals consisting of only fresh veggies and a small peice of lean protein.
then go power walking or jogging every day for 30 to 4o minutes and ever other day, do some light weight lifting to help build a little bit of muscle (muscle helps you burn more calories).

NO anorexia is a sickness, im sure lots of chubby girls have vowed not to eat the next day but havnt succeeded. You really dont want to go down that road sweetheart, its like trying to get a serious illness, its a horrible illness that if you r lucky to get over it leaves lots of repercussions health wise for later years. If you wanna lose weight fast, do lots and lots of walking, plus sits up, push ups, and eat very healthy, no junk food, lots of fruit and veg, but most of all excercise. oh and drink only water. lots of it
