OKay here is the thing I have very bad allergies and my major symptom is itchy watery eyes. In the past I've had to take allergy shots but got so far in debt I had to stop taking them 3 years ago, and for the past 3 years I've had no symptoms and now they are coming back.
So what is the best over the counter allergy medicine that does not make you tired!?

I haven't owned one forever, but I live by a lake, river and lots of great trails. I always want to go jogging, but its a little freaky/scary on foot so I want to get a bike.

I would use it on a bike path, some dirt trails and some hills.

What is the cost range of bike you are recommending?

It's been extremly hot out and I am not a morning bird. What kinds of things can I do that works up a sweat because I'm burning calories and not because I'm burning from the heat? The other problem I have--I live upstairs in a apartment, and I cannot make much noise. I'd do dance and step aerobics, but I'm afraid it'd create conflict.

I don't know too much about OCD so help me out!

I have a very good friend who has a relative with OCD. This person has been declared disabled and receives payments from the government. In my experience people with OCD just have some bad, annoying habits....i've never heard of something so severe to get govt. payments.

My friend's relative does not leave the house at all. When I ask my friend what's wrong with his relative he gets all quiet and avoids the subject. He says he doesn't want people thinking bad things about his relative. I mean...this is a VERY close friend of mine and he tells me everything....except this. It makes me think it's pretty severe or gross or something.

Anybody out there with OCD experience take a guess at what could be wrong? I am so curious.

Yes I ask alot of silly questions and give a lot of silly answers but I am being serious here.

I have hearing loss with tinutitis in one ear. I also wonder if it has had some personality effects...hard to say because I have had depression/anxiety issues all my life.

Anyway...your experiences???

I tend to hyperventilate when I take walks or attempt physical exercise. I was wondering if anyone could tell me why. I am usually not bothered by this if I am walking short distances such as back and forth to the mailbox, but if I walk maybe 2 or 3 blocks, it seems to become a problem. I have noticed that it generally starts with an erratic heartbeat followed by a sensation of fear and then the hyperventilation. Sometimes, however, the hyperventilation precedes the erratic heartbeat. I am in my mid fifties and am currently taking 280mg. of Inderal a day for the erratic heartbeat, but the drug just doesn't seem to completely control it. Also, I take drugs for high blood pressure, high cholesterol and an anxiety disorder. The problem with the erratic heartbeat began in my late twenties and has plagued me ever since. Lately, the hyperventilation / erratic heartbeat seem to have worsened. It is reaching a point where it is hampering my life and making things unpleasant and difficult.

is it wrong to take them if you qualify for them, because if a person is rich and they get a tax break for buying a hummer, or if they're rich and get a tax break for some other loophole they would take it, so why shouldn't lower income people who qualify for medicaid take it instead of buying health insurance which is really high?
