i have a nasty cavity in one of my front teeth. it hurts reallly bad and is making the surrounding teeth ache. i can't afford to go to the dentist for a few weeks. any advice?

We are both in our 30's. And I have never had sex with anyone. He was the first guy I fooled around with. When he was touching me down there it hurt. So he asked me if I had herpes. Then I was very offended for him asking such a question. He said it could be conjenital. But my parents were virgins before they got married. I am East Indian and my fiance is White. In my culture it is inapproperate for unmarried people to have sexual intercourse or even fool around. So I was hurt when he asked me that. He mentioned to me one time that when he was in high school his girl friends sister had herpes and she was a virgin. And that's why he asked me if I had herpes. He appologized for being insensitive and we got enaged a month later. He is a great guy in every way. He is loving, he is very encouraging, affectionate, a great cook etc, etc. But him asking me this question really hurt my feelings. So am I over reacting? Is it a normal question a guy should ask?

okay, this is so weird.. lately, i'm having a hard time with the big "o". it's like, i get right on edge and lose it. it just goes away. this is happening with sex, self-love.. etc. i'm puzzled.. never had this problem before....

I barely have a sense of smell, i can only smell REALLY strong odors, could i have been born with this, ive only really noticed it recently, but i kinda new i had a bad sense of smell for as long as i can remember. Ive never had any head trauma or anything like that, im a very healthy person, i just cant smell very well.

I absolutly hate scary movies because I get so unbelievably terrified afterwards, no matter how lame the movie is. I saw the Skeleton Key after my cousin convinced me it wasn't scary at all, but now I can't sleep. I get depressed around 5:00 because I know the night is almost here. I hate looking in the mirror. Basically, I'm a wreck. I know i'm overreacting and acting like a scardey cat, but that's just how I am, and i'm hating it. What do I do?

This is a male 63 years old, does not seem to have any problems with urination. No blood in the urine. States that it seems like the left testicle will swell at least 3 larger than the right testicle. Then it will go down a little bit. Did try an antiobiotic, did not make any difference. Does have pain-in the front part of his legs, but has severe hip pain, so not sure if this has anything to do with the testicles swelling.
Is not crazy about going to a doctor.
