I need a six pack and need to loose 10-20 lbs, im 14lbs and 13, do how can i get one

here is what i did and you see results in about 10 days...you need to run a mile 9 min or less ( i usually got 8) but if you cant do that (which is perfectly fine i mean run track so of course thats kinda fast and hard)then you need to run 1 and a half 10 min miles so like 15 min. then you need to do 200 crunches daily but do sets of them not all at once!!! i did sets of 50 but you can start at 20 and get the same results and eat a lot of lean meats like chicken and a low calorie diet (say 1500?) i ate some junk food and still achieved my goal as long as you only eat 1500 calories dont get discouraged! its not as hard as im making it sound good luck!

Working Out: riding bikes, (i ride about ten miles a day) Find a path in ur neighborhood and just ride, it is fun and gets u a good workout. Or u can do simple house hold chores like, mowing the lawn (that burns a lot of calories). U can do pull up, push ups, running (the best workout in history) or pick up hip hop or breakdancing,
