Put R.I.C.E. on it, seriously.
R = Rest.
I = Ice.
C = Compression.
E = Elevation.
Also, take some Ibuprofen (800 mg 3 times a day, consult a doctor first) to keep the inflamation down.
After 4 days of ice to keep blood out of that area, start using heat for 4-6 days with no compression or elevation to force blood into that area.
Make sure it is fully healed before engaging in physical activity.
And take it easy on that leg for a while, do "leg extensions" with light weights and slowly add more weight (you need to strengthen the tendon that keeps getting over stretched)
Exercise injuries suck, I know, but you got to give it time to heal and repair, and then start all over again, like it is your first workout. Good Luck, and stay off that leg.

How did this happen to begin with? Don't do it anymore.

Now tell me objectively, "Are they pulled muscles" or are they just very very sore from something?
