I have tried the atkins, but just gain it all back. I need a pill that will help me lose the weight without worrying about what i eat and having to exercise?

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

The first suggestion is good, ESPECIALLY the warm up portion and stretch. EVERY exercise routine needs a good warm up and cool down. For some added cardiovascular exercise, try jacks for 1 minute 30 seconds and then at the end a 30 second burst of jacks as fast as you can go. This will elevate the heart rate and REALLY work you out. Doing these in intervals as the first person said, is a good way to break it down. Jacks are hard to do for an extended period of time. Best and safest is topamax. You need a prescription and its expensive. All the side effects listed will go away IF you tough it out in the few weeks and its well worth it. I would start taking it while on vacation. Check out the link. People rate it from 1 to 5. It was originally made for epilespy, but it has many uses including migraine releif, mood disorders, alcholism, nerve pain, etc.

I would combine it with a low-fat diet and exercise for best results. If you don't change your eating habits, you will gain the weight back.

All those diet pills are dangerous, and if you listen carefully they all say they only work with diet and exercise. Face it: theres only one guaranteed way to loose weight and keep it off: watch what you eat, and find a way to work exercise into your everday life. You don't have to set aside time to exercise every day...just make sure you move, and you don't have to deprive yourself just watch your portions.

There is no other way, unless you want to take diet pills or have the surgery done. I suggest, watch what you eat. And do a lot of walking.

Stop counting you re not going to be lose weight overnight Just concentrate on diet and exercise

OK, I know you probably don't want to hear this - but the only way you'll ever be able to lose weight is by eating healthy and exercising - if you don't have time to exercise, then at least eat healthy! :)
