You can tap it gently, while lt is in full erection. Also while holding at the base of the penis you can contract anal muscles. This also works on contracting penis muscles. Do this 5 minutes a day. The answer is yes, you can make it Bigger.
And not through Surgery, which may work but is extremely expensive and there slicing at your dick..... Not something i would trust.
I personally have gotten penile length and Girth gains through manual stretching and Jelqing. Most experts will not admit that it works, but thousands have gotten results.
