It depends what your looking for & what your body needs.
If you're just starting out, do some slow stretches to warm up your body. It's good to start out on the floor & try to reach your toes.
One leg bend & the other one straigth, then alternate, then both straight. Warm up your back: lie on the floor with bend knees,
then rock back & forth, from one side to the other.
Be sure you're in good health to do any of these moves.

i think of the only man or woman that can answer it is a vet.. why take suggestion from somebody over the internet that hasn't seen your domestic dog? while you're taking the incorrect suggestion it could desire to point your doggies existence. circulate to a 24 hr. vet and get the domestic dog in there.

Mountain Pose: stand up straight and tall.let your arms fall naturally at your sides. (thats it, its a good warm up to begin with tho)
Standing Tree: stand up straight and tall. Lift one leg up, n rest it on your knee (so the knee faces outwards, not foward)
Table pose: lay down face up on the floor. reach your arms besie your ears n lift up, while raising yourself with you feet (gotta 'walk' you feet a bit closer to raise yourself). I think this is called a 'bridge' in dancing.
