Drink 8 glasses of water a day to get rid of the dirty toxins - Wash your face day and night possibly with spot removal facial wash - Change the product every 3 months - They say you can't expect to see vast improvment until at least 3 months of doing these things successfully.

I think you should check a doctor because you may not even have acne. If you must find an over the counter solution here it is:
First: You are going to have to find a good "acne", or a deep cleanser. Look for one that agrees with your skin type (normal, dry, & oily). Wash your face at least twice a day. Use a fresh washcloth all the time. Otherwise you are putting more dirt in your pores. - I use Nuetrogena, see 1
Second: Toner - I use any over the counter toner on sale. They are all pretty nuck alike. Don't spend you money there. see 2
Third: Glycolic pads that you can find on most online beauty supply stores. It will bring out more acne the first few times of use, but it will cease, and newer skin will appear within 2 weeks. - I actually get a glycolic peel every 3 weeks for about $75 (shop around). It is stonger than the pad, but actual peeling occurs, which may not be good for you job situation. see 3
Fourth: Instead of popping and making it worse (It REALLY does!)
get a pimple be gone serum or mask. - I use a one from Mario Badescu. It is great and really aides in getting those painful ones to die. see 4
I am just telling you what I did to get rid of them, and still do to maintan my skin. Some may say to try proactiv, but it just did not work for me.
Good luck...I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL! I got it in the 6th grade, and wore makeup that would run down my neck and stain my white uniform shirt, but I did it anyway, everyday, because I did not want to be called crater face. =(

If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.
For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.
Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:

Smart person,
Stay the hell away from doctors they will give
you toxic crap. You dont want that.
I got rid of my acne through nutritional and
hormone supplements ( natural ones, not that
synthetic fake hormone crap )
I now only get maybe a zit or two durring
my cycle and thats it. No more acne!
Of course most people are really brainwashed
into thinking only a doctor can help you so...
Officially i dont know whay hormones you may
be lacking, and what you are deficient in.
But B12 and B6 by Standard Process
and Plus from mannatech was all i needed
you may need other things.
try getting a salivary hormone panel
Allergy tests, and a nutrient panel
not by a doctor because they screw up
those tests all the time.

I would say try Proactive. It really clears up pimples and blackheads. My brother used it and his skin is clear now and hes used for about 2 years. But you see results within weeks. And i would say it is definitely worth the money. I think its like 30 dollars and you should get a money back guarantee if your not happy. But really you should try it.

I use ACNE FREE, it works like Proactive, but it's only $20/month and you can buy it in the store. I've purchased mine in CVS and Publix. It really does work. I didn't have acne as a kid, but I have it as an adult, so I've very paranoid about my skin. It's good stuff.
