Both sugar and caffeine are addicting. High fructose corn syprup has the effect of not letting your brain know you've had enough to drink. Among the 3 of those ingredients you have a recipe for addiction BIG TIME.

It's addictive all right. I could drink an entire 2 litre bottle of coke everyday. I crave it. I try to drink lots of water instead. It's from all the sugar in it. It's bad, bad, bad for you. Even the diet stuff is bad because artificial sweeteners poison your body and make you crave more junk food.

Yes, and if you have a certain Brand's flavor you love (ie plain Pepsi, or Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper or Dark Cherry Vanilla Coca-Cola or Sierra Mist or something...it's like it controls you...it's so good to drink and the colder the better!

I do! I am drinking a soda right now. I buy my own 12 packs so I don't have to share with anyone. I luv the sugary bubbleyness!

P.S. Nice abs!

The caffeine is some sodas ( and the sugar rush in sweetened sodas), can be addictive.

No, Skylar, it is not so crazy. Caffeine drinks can be quite addicting, you body gets dependent on the stuff. that is why I try to keep my Pepsi down to one can per day.

Yes! It is very addictive. If you feel like you want another one, try drinking sugar-free drinks, like diet coke or something...

Otherwise, drink soda water!
It's my favourite drink, but i can understand how many people don't like it... :)
