I know I need to become an RN and trust me working full time and going to school is difficult now but for now it works as I am only in my prerequisites. But while in nursing program is there a path or study I will need to become a Neonatal Nurse??

I have a very close collegue that unfortunately has fallen prey to this evil siren "Crystal". I want him to stop it because I can see it hurting him and as a friend it kills me to see that. He is one of the world's GREATEST people! I'm sure of that. The planet needs more souls like his. It is such a shame to see such an exceptional person waste away like this. i just bought an inversion table at a garage sale but it didn't come with instuctions on how it works. Does anyone know how an inversion table works or where i can get instructions. it is apparently not a brand name cause i can find no company name on it. The guy said workmans comp bought it for him. The only things i find on it are: Gravity Guiding System, American Orthopedic, and Doubletree Medical. i have tried to look these names up but have found nothing. i really want to use this table but can't until i find out how. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am staying with my mother who I keep asking for help but doesn't ever help me. I have delt with a man who is useless and controlling and cruel. I have had no life in the past 2+ years. I have no job, no car, no money. I am so depressed that I don't want to do anything ever. I can sit all day and think. I don't what to do. I have low self esteem, I don't take care of myself, I barely eat. My son is 9 months old but well taken care of...if it wasn't for him I wouldn't continue sleeping on the floor in my mothers living room with absolutely no privacy. I have no personality or soul anymore. All I ever encounter is negative, ridicuiling feedback. My emotions and thoughts also hold me down. what the hell do I do and how do I get back out there and become that fun, loud happy go lucky person I used to be. I was always happy...no matter what cards I was delt.

My grand daughter has been diagnosed with central precocious puberty. Does anyone have any answers as to where I can purchase safe and effective growth hormones? The doctors won't assist any further because my insurance has denied payment on the growth hormones because they say it's not a medical necessity. I'm desparate to find out what the hormone is made from or where to purchase it.

My last period was on June 3,2006. I ovalulated around the 17 of June. I had intercourse on June 20 ...took a pregnancy test 5-6 days later and had a positive result.

ive got on goin mental health difficulties, no self esteem, high anxiety, inner anger, racin thoughts, im goin to see a girl fri at her house that ive known for a couple of weeks that i met at the gym. just latley though, im looking at myself and startin to get upset at how i look. im 29, and im startin to see open pores alot in my face, noticable lines comin from the corner of my eyes to my cheek bones, ive lost to lower teeth in an accident so theres a gap, im baldin pretty bad, im thinkin ooo shh**t. what am i gonna do. i dont want to end up like a f***ckin resident evil monster. im so scared of becomin unattractive to the oppisite sex.

I have suffered from chronic depression for years, and have taken all kinds of ssri type anti depressants. Currently, I am thinking about switching to an MAOI. Is this a good idea? Another thought is to try no meds, since they don't seem to completely relieve my symptoms. I am in the mild to moderate range. I have been in a 12 step group for about 10 months now for addiction to pot, which I had used to self medicate, along with the prescribed meds, but I'm still depressed. My friend suggests that I try going chemical free, relying on prayer and the program for the while. What do you think?

I am thinking about doing a study here in Houston to have botox injections done to help my migraines. Its not the first time they have done the study, so i won't be the first guinea pig, but im still a little scared. Has anyone had it done? Any doctors or nurses out there with thoughts about it?
