How do you build the muscle right above your elbow? I lift weights, and my upper arm/ tricept gets bigger, but there is that part right above my elbow that stays skinny. Makes it hard to wear short sleeve shirts without being self conscious,

I've had quite alot of operations on my stomach and i have some scars that are really red and prominent. I get very conscious come summer and everybody says to go out in the sun and but i haven't got the confidence. i was just wondering if anybody knew if there was anything else i could do.

Ok..my mom is Bi-polar, I'm Bi-polar...My mom knew when she was younger that is it passed down in our family from mother to daughter (only the girls) Why did she put me in the situation...Her wanting a baby ruined another life....I'm hurt that she was so selfish....How would you feel about that is your mother or father did that to you....

I am flying across the US next week, and it has been reccommended that i use a tranquilizer to calm my nerves. Does anyone have a suggestion for the best one? Ideally, I would like that the drug is effective for conquering in-flight panic, but won't make me groggy long after the effects have worn off. I would like to attend a social gathering shortly after landing, so i am trying to find a drug that will keep me calm while flying but able to be feeling energetic and able to drink upon my arrival (8 hours after departure from East coast) Please only answer if you have experience, and not just an idea about what would be best. I would really appreciate it!

What about a combination... like a user fee, where someone who smokes will be required to pay 20% of the treatment cost....

gotta think that people would think twice before smoking if smoking related illnesses were not covered

I picked up my new prescription today and they were only one item printed on the script but the chemist charged me for 2 at 6.75 per item...When i questioned the pharmacist he told me that because white tablets for 11 days then white tablets for 10 days that there is a double charge...however they were all on one blister pack.....why did i have to pay for 2 scripts anyone any ans to this as I am baffled..

i have seen a couple of dr's, but all they can do for me is set me up for treatments for cortisone shots in my back, which i have had done (painful), and they prescribed me some vicadin (generic brand) pills. i also use the bengay- back pain patch, which reallly doesn't work, and i use an ointment (like bengay), and a heating pad as well. out of all that.....i'm still in terrible pain that at times it makes me cry...where i can't even move. if there is any help out there, besides what i am doing, can someone please pass the info to me. whether it be a home treatment, or something else that i need to tell the dr. to look in to, or any other medications that someone may know about...that are legal......please....help me out!
