We all have felt this way, so know this your not alone.
It sounds like mild depression, but don't go loading up on pills. It's what's between both ears that really make things change. Sounds like you recognize this and you want a change. Do you have any new hobbies you'd like to begin? You can take up Art, go to an Art Museum, study pictures/paintings Sometimes I wonder why a face was painted with hardly no eyebrows (sounds silly I know) or why the artist did what he did. Now you could take up viewing the stars, You can get or even make your own. It's pretty simple.
Being in a rut is hard to break sometimes. Can you think of anything healthy you put off doing for this, or that? Or anything or anyone you wanted to visit, but didn't?
Do you remember that phrase....just do it.... Sometimes that's what you need to do. We think to much about what he would think or she would think etc. So go do something you want to do that hurts no one, and who cares what other people think. Only remember what I am trying to explain here. Do yourself good, by doing good for others. And the rewards are too numerous to mention.
Your rut will be broken. Don't go through life in a rut. Life's too short.
Hope this helps you.

Imagine genuine hardship like total loss of movement, how would you feel? Aren't you lucky you have a choice you can do what you want? Maybe the secret is to do what you really want to do no matter what it is and what people might think, when they hassle you because you didn't do what they thought you can just shrug it off and think it doesn't matter because I KNOW what I am doing is better than when I was in a rut. If you can't be physically bothered to do anything don't be ashamed just enjoy being lazy try meditation that's a way for people who can't be bothered to move to do "something".

Depending on how long you have had this problem
I would put it down to the weather
Or like everyone maybe you are just human and like to relax after a hard day at work
If your problem is at work and you can't seem to get your head down, what i do is turn my computer off for 5-10 minutes and start a fresh

1 Decide what you want. If you can't, just chose something healthy and resonably challanging. It should be something that allows you to be yourself.
2 Go after it with everything you've got.
Remember: Before you take step 1 and 2 you must except that you will experience fear, doubt, confusion etc. These are the internal battles we go through to claim victory in our life. The price we must pay.

Press the windows logo, up, left, enter, right, enter. Walk out of your house and locate the nearest job centre. Good luck.

if you can work out was is casing this problem then mayb you can talk to someone about it!If this is just the way you are then try setting yourself some shot term and long term goals with things you want to do and places you want to go but keep it realistic then take it from there!

first define what is causing this stand still in your life; see at what times of the day or what you feel triggers this feeling ....then try, to adjust your patterns; meaning , do something different rather than to allow yourself to stay in a place that you do not want to be in if all else fails, then talk to your doctor
