Of course you can! It's good to give yourself little indulgences rather than splurging hard core. Plus, you can reward yourself for being good! It can give you something to work towards. Our bodies can handle almost all foods in moderation (barring allergies). It's when we start to load ourselves with the bad things that it effects our health and weight. One candy bar a week can be digested properly and the fat handled the way our bodies were made to handle it and you will still be able to lose weight.
Besides, a diet only works if it works for you. You have to take your own preferences into account. If you really like candy bars, you should learn how to incorporate those into your diet in a healthy way, i.e. once a week or so. While you're on your diet, you may have to space it out a little more, but you don't have to completely give it up. What's important is that you get the healthy foods your body needs to get healthy and not load it with all the bad ones. If you're eating right and in the right proportions, you can fit a treat in there once in a while.

the thing is all about calories... if you eat 5000 calories worth of eggs, milk, and bread, then you should have the need to burn more that 5000 calories to lose weight.. ..if you want to eat a reeses or whatever then expect to work harder at burning those calories!
remember that if you dont have a good breakfast (like eggs, fruit, toast) or you skip breakfast completely then your body thinks it is in some sort of "survival mode" and therefore doesnt burn as many calories during the day. but if you feed your body a decent breakfast (maybe even some yogurt with some whole weat bread) then your body thinks "ok, im being feed good things that i can burn quickly and easily so therefore i will also recieve more of these foods in the future" and therefore your body will burn more calories during the day whereas not so much if you would have skipped breakfast.... dont eat reeses for bfast

Sure just don't go over bored, chocolates actually good for you.
It has anti-oxidants.
If you want more than just a little chocolate it would be better to eat plain chocolate (like a Hersey's) unless you really are only going to have just 1 Reese's cup.

Most definately, as a matter of fact I would encourage it. If you don't treat yourself every now and then...it's possible that you will loose interest in your diet plan, or possibly become depressed.

Yes eating it every now and then is good. Just eat half of the candy or just one cup will be fine.

Heck, yeah!
An occasional treat keeps you from bingeing. Just make sure it really is "once in awhile" and not every day! LOL
