How do you build the muscle right above your elbow? I lift weights, and my upper arm/ tricept gets bigger, but there is that part right above my elbow that stays skinny. Makes it hard to wear short sleeve shirts without being self conscious,

Get a dumbbell that you can lift but that you need a little effort doing so. Sit on a bench with your knees apart. Hold the dumbbell in your hand with your elbow on your knee. Lift the dumbbell towards your chin, and then control the speed at which you lower the dumbbell back down. Your range of motion should be from your chin, to having your arm straight out in front of you, in a line pointing out from your knee. And the muscle is called a bicep....

can't build ligaments (as far as I know) so my advice is to get over it.

concentration curls or preacher curls.
