heres the problem. I am 24 years old and have no career, friends who dont understand me and think they do, I am having a hard time trying to understand myself (forgot what I am passonate about and what I do well) , I havent dated since my junior prom (one of the 3 only dates I accually had in my life), and I have never left the east coast of the usa. Fathest I have been is the boader of Virgina and the boader of New York. I have been having thoughts that I should just commit suicide and end it because there is no hope in site. I have faced depression before and the thoughts of suicide but was able to dig myself out of that hole for a while. But it seems that it is trying to creep back. That is why I am asking for help on this. If I can find the passion that I use to have and persue it I can fight the negitive thoughts off again. any advise or suggestion are appreated. sorry for the length of this. Also please nothing about God or religion. they dont help. at least for me.

I got a sunburn yesterday at the beach and sleeping last night was very uncomfortable. Apparently, the sunscreen I applied didn't stick well (I was still wet) and it didn't work. Within 20 min., I turned into a Maine lobster.

My dad says taking a hot shower will take the sting out and numb the pain but I think that's a load of crap because when I take hot showers after a bad sunburn, it is extremely uncomfortable (but so is taking a freezing cold shower so I bathe in lukewarm H2O). Anyone have any good ideas? Cooling cream works only temporarily.

i'am 21 about five months ago i started my normal period but it never stoped i was on it for three months.Since then i have been having a full period every two weeks and the pain and cramps are getting worse every month.

I recently contracted a small case of ringworm. From where? I have no clue. I took my cats to the vet and they have no signs of the infection at all..so maybe i got it from a freinds or something..there is no telling. Anyways, I have been to the dermatologist for it and he gave me a topical cream to use. My question is is you are being treated for it are you still contagious? If so how long before you are not contagious. This is the first time i have ever had anyting like this..it totally freaks me out!

fist off im 16, and people have always told me dont do this and dont do that like w/ beer and drugs but that just makes me want to do it...and like everyones always making jokes like calling each other "crack heads" and it just makes more think about it more and more...anyone else feel like this?

to keep a 2 year old cool on hot days? My son has problems with regulating his body temp. Doctor always say just stay inside. So does that mean I have to keep him in for the next week. It's going to be in the 90 and 100 for the next week.

For about a year now I have been having chest pains on the left side, a dull pain in my back on the left shoulder blade, a sharp pain in the back of my left arm. This pain comes on when I am just sitting or lying down. I have been to the emergency room twice had EKG and came back negative twice, I have had a stress test and it came out negative. I will be sitting down at my desk or driving in my car and all of a sudden I feel like an electric shock in my chest. I am sick of living with this condition, I have gone to a cardiologist and two different M.D.'s. No one can find anything. Someone suggested to me it may be angina. Wouldn't one of the three doctors been able to pick up on that or at least suggest testing for it. I am 29 years old and i was not born with a heart disorder, but could I have heart disease already. If so, would they not know to look for it. They just tell me that I am too young, so why do i live with this discomfort everyday.

My sister do not have movement in both her legs, has been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, she can not urinate, and go to the bathroom, we want to know if this is contagious, and how long can she live like she is now, the doctor is saying that she is progressing very agressively in her illness.We also would liket o know if it is O.K. if she uses hair dyes for her hair, and nail polish.she is being medicated with steroids, zaldiar, wich us for pain, every 8 hours, and INTERFERON BETA.At the moment she is 65 years old.
