I have one on my wrist. Some people are for having them removed . Some people say don't bother. I don't know which way to go. The doctors say no one knows what causes them. I see them in people that do a lot of repetitive motions at work. I would love to get recommendations for this problem.

I want to stop taking it because I believe it makes me less "horney" from what others have said. Me and my man don't want children and we don't like condoms. We are in a committed relationship so there are no other worries. The only worry is having an unwanted pregnancy (not to say if it happened that we would get rid of it). Any options on what to do so that we don't conceive before we are ready to? Since I've been having sex I've always been on birth control so this is way new to me (I want me sex life back on track asap and this is the only thing that is standing in my way).

My father has type 2 diabetes. He's appointed to have all his remaining upper teeth removed to be replaces by a denture and also a few mandibular extractions which will only leave him with his canines to hold a partial. These appliances are in process. In the meantime my father had a 2nd opinion and was told that it was too aggresive of a treatment, to not have th extracted because of the risk factors. We know my father has periodontal disease with major bone loss, and that eventually he'll loose these teeth. My question is, what are the risk factors in oral surgery and prosthetic appliances in a type 2 diabetic as opposed to waiting for each tooth to hurt and get infected?

I went to the doctor today and she took some blood from my finger and told me I was on the border line and she told me I should start taking some multivitimins. Does it mean that my blood is low or am I on the border line for diabetes.

I've worn bifocals for a few years and manage with them OK, but it I have to have separate glasses for the computer and it is a pain to change all the time. I've never had progressive lenses, so assume I know nothing about them. Some people seem to think they are terrible and some seem to think they are the best thing since apple pie. Any comments, suggestions, etc? Thanks.

Everything we eat, drink, clean our house with, etc. all has the ingredients listed on the package.....the surgeons generals warning obviously isn't getting through to everyone so why don't they just list the ingredients?

I'm not referring to filing them down, or corn pads, either. I mean alternative treatments to bring the skin back to normal so it looks like there never was a callous?

I don't consider myself a righty because with my left hand I write, spoon, play the guitar, wipe with towel, reel in the fishing rod.

I don't consider myself a lefty because with my right limbs I golf, bowl, throw, punch, kick, paint, cut with scissors, use the PC mouse, open the door, shake hands.

But, can this really be considered as ambidextrous? According to Dictionary.com, ambidextrous is "using both hands with equal facility." Obviously both of my hands (left and right) are used, but not both can proficiently perform one specific skill: either left or right is dominant. Plus, it seems that I use my right hand most than my left, so it can't really be called "equal."

How would this be classified? Anyone else with a similar situation? Any thoughts? Thanks.

besides weighing yourself...

I was told if you stand straight and put two thighs together, if you don't have any gap, you are fat...

What is your way to tell?
