I wanna loose weight but first i gotta see what my goal is... i have a medium bone structure......

There are usually charts you can find online that will map out your height and age and show the best weight for you. They generally give a range of about 20 pounds too. I am 5'5 as well and know that the accepted "healthy" range is generally 120-140.

there is not CORRECT answer to your question, but there are many wrong answers - like most of the answers that other people have provided.

You should not be that concerned about your weight. You should be concerned about your body-fat percentage.

20-30 is a healthy range for a female.

10-18% is healther for a male.

those number are estimates, but they are close.

I am 5'7" 190Lbs and have six-pack abs. according to the US government charts, I am obese. According to people in the real world, I am a world champion weight lifter and professional trainer.

Apparently it's 100 lbs at five foot and add an extra five pounds for every inch after that. Your ideal weight would be 125.

Between 125 and 135lbs. That's what I weigh. My doctor told me it's perfect coz I'm not skinny. Skinny is ugly.
