I had the same problem. Daily massaging dramatically made my face slimmer, much more defined and skin tighter and firmer. First tighten face by partially opening mouth 3/4"and pulling lips firmly back against teeth and jutting out the chin slightly. It tightens most of face. Repeatedly massage focusing on cheeks but also chin area and all of face below eyes. do over and over with a forward and back motion using finger tips and front of fingers and sometimes palms depending where you are massaging. Circular massage is not effective. Use any essential oil, olive is excellent. If you can build up to a 20 to 30 min day quite vigorous massage(can be in 2 or 3 sessions) you will get fast results. Also rids skin of all blemishes and gives it a vibrant healthy glow. Work on the neck also helps slimming face. Place right hand on neck and starting from just left of chin point sweep all the way to back of neck and back. Do several times. Then do other side. There are some face yoga exercises which are also very helpful. You can find them on YouTube. Build some muscle. Every pound of muscle can burn off 3 to 4 pounds of fat as your metabolism rises. Eat better and more often. Try for 5 smaller meals a day rather than the usual 3. And go organic when possible. Some studies suggest the chemicals they use to keep food fresh is actually making us fatter.

Drink lots of green tea straight - no sugar. Eat an apple, drink a whole bottle of water (or its equivalent in a glass) and wait ten minutes before you eat anything.

Take out the soda/fruit juices/ anything other than water alone and you should see some improvement.

A lot of people don't know this but the bigger mass you have the more water your body actually needs. So just water, water, water.

Later on, you can wean out the sodium and see and even greater improvement.

But green tea does work. Try that if nothing else.
