No one can answer this accurately unless they know what body type you have (how dense your bones are, your race, etc). There's a lot more to being a healthy weight than your actual weight. I have the same measurements as my Asian boyfriend in every way, but I weigh 10 kgs more than him because I have a higher muscle mass and extremely heavy bones. Both of us are very healthy though. So, in short, it all depends.

135 to 160 depending on the amount of muscle you have. Don't go off the BMI charts because they do not figure muscle into the facts. If you have built up muscle mass you would actually be thought of as "overweight" in their calculations.

Depends on how much muscle you have...but the average is probably around 150-165.
