You can start thinking about having sex when you are able to fully support a baby on your own (not relying on your boyfriend, parents, or the government).
Until then, keep your pants zipped and legs crossed. Perhaps study a little more in Spelling class (ABSTINENCE)!!!!
BTW, your "other bff" losing virginity at "10 1/2"....well, they are lying. Physically impossible.

The truth is no one looks back at their past and says "I wish I'd lost my virginity when I was younger."
I was 19 the first time I had sex. A little part of me wonders if I should have waited longer... but all in all I think it was a good age to do so.
Sex is more enjoyable when it is with someone who you care about, love, and trust.
There is no hard fast rule on how old you should be or how long you should wait but I'd recommend waiting until you were at least 16 and were with some one you are dating for at minimum of eight months and love.
I guess you could say sex is like a good wine... it is best if it has a chance to mature before you first taste it, and then it is meant to be slowly sipped and savored.

That's just sad. Honey, if I were you I'd wait a while more. You are going to grow up and you will have nothing to look forward too. Plus what if you end up pregnant? What the hell are your parents going to do, think, and say? If I were you I'd wait till I know what the consequences are and until you are more responsible. No offense to your friends, but I dont think they are a good influence on you. Good luck, dont try to fit in. And even if you dont want absitnence you should wait until you can face the consequences on your own. Plus why ruin your high school years over a baby? There are so many things you can do in this world before having a baby. Good luck. :]

You should really stop and think for a min. Do you really love your b/f? Do you care for him? Does he care for you? If he's pressuring you into having sex, then thats a sure sign he's in the relationship for the other reasons besides getting to know you from inside. I agree with the others, wait until you have a better understanding of what a really good relationship is. If you give it up now, you'll must likely regret it for the rest of your life. So just WAIT!

No offense but I think that's gross. You're way too young. If you have to ask, you're not ready. And it's spelled abstinence.
You should lose your virginity when you are old enough not to ask anyone and you're in a committed relationship. I prefer marraige but you probably won't go for that.

If you arent willing and able to raise a baby, you have no busines having sex. No birth control method is 100% safe no matter how careful you are. Not to mention the emotioal scars that you may inflict on yourself.

Uh....I doubt you're ready to have sex. Sometimes absence makes the heart grow fonder. Just because your guy wants it doesn't mean that he needs it and it doesn't mean that you're ready.
I also doubt that your boyfriend lost his when he was 10 and a half. It's possible but I highly doubt it.
