a lot of tuna, chicken, and salads. eat your carbs all in the morning, and slowly cut back w/ each meal unti at dinner you're eating no carbs. a lot of cardio. swimming would be awesome. then lift a lot of weights. do this 5 days a week, w/ a good diet and uyou'll be set. swim every morning, then lift weights every evening and after lifting run. that's what i do. about 1-2 lbs per week is what "they" say is healthy when loosing weight, but you've got to be motivated no matter what. and stay off of the scales. muscle weighs more than fat, and if you are on the scales every day then you'll be gaining muscle mass and loosing fat but you won't see it b/ cyou'll stay the same on the scales or even gain weight for a little while after starting. buy some ripped fuel or something like that too. maybe some NO2. anything else?

You poor poor poor product of society *hugs* It's all an illusion sweetie, all of it. This idea that you must look an act a "gender" as if long hair and **** somehow makes you a better person is a horrible awful lie that's been so ingrained in our culture it's overflowing sexism in our language. This idea that you must be skinny, small, pretty girl for everyone to like and accept you is an idea that came about within the last 25-40 years. 40 years ago there was a modle named "twiggy" who set off the entire anorexic movement as she was unrealisitically skinny. 25 years ago started the whole consumerism on teens as before that teens really didn't have a lot of money from their parents other than lunch money- but when the economy is good, parents must work more, so the liklihood of a child's allowance being raised goes up so there was this huge marketing frontier to try and get younger kids to by their stuff. Market researched lead marketers to press this idea of an over feminized, ideally perfect image of a woman (barbie) and idea that has horrifically transformed into shapes that are impossible for girls to look like; which becomes a new standard of "pretty". This is why a lot of people hate Bratz dolls. There is a reason everyone is so pretty and gorgeous on TV, yet the people at the grocrey store are not. The people who live around you are what's real, what's on the TV is just an illusion trying to change you. Ignore it. It will mess you up for life. I see it all the time, and honestly those women are confused people who everyone hates, yes they're very, very pretty.. but no body likes them. Be who you are, say what's on your mind, be responsible, and seize life because this is the only shot you get at existing. Why lose 10 lbs? Will people like you more? If so, which people? Do these people like you for your skills and merits, or your weight? If you gained 10 lbs would these people stand up for you in a fight? Be who you are; and do you what you feel because those who mind don't matter; and those who matter don't mind.

Cardio is the best and fastest way to loose fat. Depending on your current fitness level, ideally you want to jog 3 miles in 30 minutes 5 times a week, lbs will drop fast. You have to start out slow, it may take you 6 months to work up to this point. Start with 3 miles, walking in 45 minutes, this is a brisk walk. Push yourself weekly to walk your 3 miles in less and less time. Always walk 3 miles, even on a treadmill. Weight machines will also help, like for your abs etc. but avoid the super heavy weights becsue it sound slike you eant to lean up first. Your diet should be high in protein and fiber. Baked or grilled chicken fish, salad and veggies. lots of fruit, granola bars, find stuff that is healthy for snakes, like raisins, bananas. Avoid bread and very starchy foods also avoid thing that are high in sugar, sugar and startchy things turn to fat. Don't cut those from your diet completely, but treat your self no more than once a week to a sinful taste of it. Moderation is the key. Once you loose your weight and keep up the cardio, gradually build up your weights. The cardio is very important in keeping the weight off and being able to treat yourself to the food we all love. The most important part is don't be discouraged, it took along time to get that much extra weight it will take a long time to loose it. LOVE YOURSELF at least 1 hour a day (in exercise). Good luck.

Cardio and weight training. Do cardio (45 min sessions) a min of 3 times a week, really 4 and do weight training about 2 times a week. Eat foods that are high on protein and low on fat. make sure you eat breakfast and it should also be protein not greasy foods or carbs. You should not eat a lot at one sitting have 5 meals a day and not 3. No more fast food or soda. ok cheat you have to but limit it to once a week and not all day, just one cheat meal a week.
