1000 isn't very much. Wow.
I am at least 2750 - 3500. But then again, I work out a lot, have a fast metabolism, and eat right. I've maintained my weight at 161-ish for about 3 years now.

if you stay at 1000, you'll lose a lot of muscle too. and then you won't be able to burn as many. i'd say eat a little bit more than that. just a little. so you don't hurt yourself.
i'm at or above 1500 daily, and i'm short and small in stature. i think you can probably handle more than 1000...

Is that how many calories are in that government cheese? I dont count calories, I have better things to do with my time. If you eat healthy and with proper proportions, you dont have to count calories unless you are overweight
