I read it in an article I have out of a magazine. They were selling Apple Cider Vinegar capsules that make you lose alot of weight, because people cant drink Apple Cider Vineagar because of the taste. Can it make you lose weight?

If a systemic yeast infection is part of the cause of the weight gain (check the yeast link on www.hufa.com to get basic info), and apple cider vinegar helps keep the stomach acidy - which is what kills yeast, it will help you lose weight.

I have lost about 6 pounds in 7 months, because I don't exercise, on a yeast cleanse diet. I don't know if capsules would do the same thing. Check the cost against a bottle of apple cider vinegar, though.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

I don't know about the cider but if you want to lose weight you might try the American Botanical Pharmacy's Intestinal Formula #1. Here's a link to it, you may have to click through a warning:

Have a look through the catalog.

I'd be suspicious of it. It'll probably just give you diarrhea really bad like most gimmick weight loss pills.

Good luck! Best wishes! :)
