just woundering because if you don't hold it down it will touch the toilet seat and thats gross especially in a public bathroom and how can you read a book or newspaper if you dont hold it with one hand

How much time do you spend in the restroom, do you always read a book there..? Sitting on the toilet for extended periods of time gives you extra painful hemorrhoids.
